Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in project design within the healthcare sector
Proven track record of successfully leading complex healthcare projects with measurable outcomes
Fundamental knowledge of applicable codes and standards, including Hawaii building codes and regulations
A commanding knowledge of technical issues supporting delivered design services
Deep technical understanding and working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC and Plumbing
Familiarity with and ability to produce project-related documents and documentation standards required of a Project leader
Strong verbal and written communication skills and polished presentation and public speaking skills
Ability to integrate design elements with other disciplines to deliver a coordinated design
Professional Engineering (PE) license is required
