About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • contribute to a variety of coastal, hydrotechnical, hydrologic, and hydraulic projects
  • report directly to a Project Manager or Team Lead
  • develop hydrodynamic models using tools such as MIKE 3, MIKE 21, and Telemac
  • apply a strong understanding of hydrologic and hydraulic principles
  • prepare clear and comprehensive technical reports
  • support proposal development and assist in creating work plans, project schedules, and budgets
  • collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • demonstrate a solid understanding and consistent application of industry standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate degree in Engineering with a focus on hydrodynamics, water resources, or hydrology
  • Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience in consulting or regulatory environments
  • Regular use of hydrodynamic modeling tools
  • Professional registration with PEO or PGO eligibility to obtain P.Eng. or P.Geo.
  • Valid G-class driver’s license required
