About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to advance our Win, Do, Manage, Grow pillars across Stantec’s business lines.
Build and select account team members aligned with integrated client opportunities.
Coach and empower the Account Management team to deliver value and engage the client.
Lead and facilitate regular account team meetings.
Grow and manage the Metrolinx account portfolio through strong relationships, trust and understanding.
Conduct on-going discovery to anticipate and respond to evolving client needs.
Communicate and collaborate across teams to enable exceptional service delivery and business management.
Identify cross-selling opportunities within and beyond Stantec’s current business lines.
Monitor and pursue upcoming master service agreements to support business growth.
Contribute to proposal development to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs and expectations.
Support project delivery teams.
Work closely with pursuit teams and marketers to maintain alignment with account strategy.
Maintain strong internal and external communication to ensure quality, consistency, and closed-loop feedback.
Regularly update Pipeline and associated activities.
Negotiate terms and conditions that support profitable and high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, science, or related field,
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
