About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in the preparation of the required management plans and ensure follow-up and control to identify discrepancies.
Provide support to the project team with budget and forecast management during execution to accurately reflect project status.
Support Senior Management with cost control reporting while adhering to company standards.
Provide support for the development of the detailed work breakdown structure (WBS) and cost breakdown structure (CBS) of projects.
Generate all required project status reports for internal management and for the client, including the overall project Dashboard, project performance report (Earned Value, SPI, CPI, etc.).
Provide support for project financial analytics.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and assignments.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills.
Strong project financial capabilities obtained through experience or education.
Exceptional attention to detail, and resourcefulness.
Must have good interpersonal skills.
Must be able to successfully work both collaboratively and independently.
Experience with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
Advance skills with MS Excel.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is advantageous.
Working towards a business degree.
