About the role
- Assist in project management and coordination
- Perform site visits to periodically observe construction and prepare site visit reports
- Perform assessments to develop reports or studies
- Assist with performance of field testing (e.g. water leakage, air leakage, thermography, etc.)
- Assist with the development of design documents
- Attend meetings and document discussions
- Assist with project document reviews (previous reports, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.)
- Track and update action items for the project team and contractors
- Liaise with the project team, clients, contractors
- Assist in preparing proposals and establishing financial budgets
- Participate in continuing education
- Perform various office related tasks
Requirements

- Valid Driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field along with general knowledge of Building Science principles or Building Envelope components.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a related field is an asset.
- Pursuing registration either as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is an asset
