About the role
- Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, animations, and motion graphics for proposals, public outreach, design studies, and stakeholder engagement
- Interpret engineering and architectural drawings, BIM models, GIS data, and sketches to develop accurate visualizations
- Produce photo-realistic materials, lighting, and environmental effects using industry-standard 3D modeling/rendering software such as 3DStudioMAX, V-Ray, Twin Motion, and Unreal Engine
- Support 4D construction sequencing through animations, camera choreography, and timeline visualization
- Participate in internal project coordination, reviews, and creative strategy sessions with Senior Visualization Specialists and project team designers
- Assist with VR/AR experiences, interactive content, or real-time environments as needed
- Maintain organized asset libraries, scene files, and project documentation
- Contribute to a culture of innovation—testing new workflows, tools, and visualization techniques to improve quality and efficiency across the team
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk 3D Studio MAX, including data imports, modeling, texturing, camera animation, basic geometry animation, lighting and rendering with Chaos VRAY
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for image editing, compositing, and graphic production
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects workflows for visualization animation production
- Strong understanding of CAD, GIS, and BIM workflows for visualization
- Basic understanding of real-time rendering software (Chaos Vantage, Twin Motion, Unreal Engine) and emerging visualization technologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage large and complex datasets across multiple software environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree in 3D Visualization, Computer Graphics, Engineering, Digital Media, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in 3D visualization in the Engineering and Construction industry
