- Execute and manage complex civil engineering designs
- Serve as a technical design expert for projects
- Plan and manage projects and tasks to complete them on time and within budget
- Supervision of Engineers, Technologists, and Designers
- Ongoing coordination between developer personnel and city and field staff throughout construction of the public improvements
Requirements
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Minnesota
- Experience with public and/or private sector clients and projects
- Experience in design functions, such as site planning, roads, drainage, grading, water systems, sanitary sewer systems and other municipal and private sector infrastructure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D preferred
- Experience in engineering design, construction inspection, contract administration, project management and business development
- Known to be proactive in his/her ability to be a market leader
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record required
