💰 $62,500 - $90,600 per year

About the role

  • Conduct interpretations of sketches, drawings, codes, and programs
  • Support project team in the development of interior design documentation
  • Assist in the development of a design through various visual formats
  • Utilize BIM technologies in the development of three-dimensional models
  • Participate in design critiques and pin-ups
  • Assist in research of concept, materials, and precedents
  • Assist in material and furniture selections and space planning
  • Work with a team for documentation of a construction set

Requirements

  • Solid and proven experience in Revit
  • Experience with design software (Sketch-up, Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Experience with design equipment (3D printer, laser cutter)
  • Ability to hand sketch and communicate concepts
  • Ability to conduct space planning
  • Basic understanding of lighting/fixtures
  • Basic understanding of FFE and specifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from a CIDA accredited Interior Design program or related field
  • Interior Design License preferred
  • Minimum of five years of experience preferred
