Develop and drive the overall data architecture strategy for PM2PA
Lead the future integration of PM2PA business processes and workflows with Oracle Fusion Cloud
Oversee the performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of the PM2PA data flows
Ensure robust data security measures and compliance protocols are implemented across PM2PA
Collaborate closely with other teams to plan and execute PM2PA data-related projects
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to database administrators, database developers, and integration specialists

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
10+ years of experience in data architecture, data analysis, or related IT roles
In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 modules, database and architecture
Strong data modelling skills, both relational (3NF) and dimensional (star schema) design
Experience with Oracle integration technologies, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Familiarity with enterprise data management tools and practices
Experience with reporting and analytics tools that complement Oracle EBS
Proficiency in operating the Oracle EBS tech stack on Linux platforms
Knowledge of architecture best practices and design patterns
