About the role

  • Lead an integrated program team of client and consultant staff to deliver on the mission and objectives of your assigned program
  • Provide day-to-day leadership in virtual and hybrid settings
  • Guide strategy and execution, and ensure processes and objectives are met
  • Oversee a broad range of services, including program and project management
  • Track performance across cost, schedule, scope, and quality for projects and the overall program

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 15 years managing large water/wastewater projects/programs, including 5 years leading teams
  • 10 years’ overseeing programs with a large construction management element
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Technical understanding of water and wastewater utility infrastructure and construction processes
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety precautions, and construction principles
  • Experience with program startup and sales support is desirable
  • Ability to pass a background check due to work associated with critical infrastructure.
