Project Manager

• Work together with the regional and sector leaders to develop client relationships
• Lead business development activities and pursue opportunities
• Diversify the client and project base
• Lead efforts to position the firm to acquire new business
• Part of a team delivering the design and construction of large scale projects in the DND sector
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring the approved scope, budget, and schedule are upheld
• Communicate daily with the client and project team
• Lead the Design Team consisting of the Architect, Engineers, and other consultants
• Develop, track, update, forecast, and modify the project schedule and budget throughout all phases of the project
• Assist in plan reviews and site visits
• Understand and assist in the negotiation of contracts and resolving disputes and claims
