About the role

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful execution
  • Work collaboratively with project leaders, architects, design partners, peers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices
  • Mentor junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project requirements are met
  • Prepare detailed design documents, specifications, and reports

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management and electrical engineering within the health sector, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare codes, regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Professional Engineering license is strongly preferred.
  • Functional knowledge of BIM software Revit
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
