Sales

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve revenue and market share growth for CSR Single-Use Systems
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with biopharma, vaccine, and cell/gene therapy companies
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by ensuring high levels of satisfaction, responsiveness, and support
• Work collaboratively with the CSR Product Management and Applications teams to deliver technical expertise during the sales process
• Represent ABEC and the CSR Business Unit at customer meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote brand visibility and generate new leads
• Provide accurate forecasts, call reports, and market analysis to management; contribute input on customer trends and competitive activity
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure alignment on account strategies and customer delivery
• Meet or exceed activity standards for prospecting, meetings, presentations, proposals, and closed business
• Manage travel within the assigned region (estimated 60–75%)
• Play an active role in identifying and driving Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunity
• Other duties as assigned
