About the role

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients through regular communication, meetings, and business reviews
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for assigned accounts to identify new opportunities and meet client objectives
  • Drive financial performance by meeting and exceeding revenue targets, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and managing contract renewals
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to senior leadership and report on account performance and key metrics
  • Act as the primary point of contact to address client concerns, manage risks, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, support) to ensure client needs are met and to deliver a seamless experience
  • Ability to travel internationally – 60%

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a senior sales or account management role, preferably with enterprise clients
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with C-level executives
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
