Senior Civil 3D CADD Designer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the creation of construction drawings for utility infrastructure projects
- Utilize Civil 3D for surface modeling, utility alignments, profiles, and site grading design
- Develop detailed plan and profile drawings
- Perform self-checks and peer reviews to ensure design accuracy
- Manage and track document revisions
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in design review meetings
- Contribute to enhancing CADD workflows and tools
- Serve as the primary CADD resource for assigned projects
- Guide junior team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in "Engineering Computer Aided Design", or a related field (or extensive experience in lieu)
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in Civil 3D design
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, experience with Bluebeam Revu, Adobe products, Microsoft Office Suite; Autodesk Certification is a plus
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, excellent communicator, strong organizational skills
- Additional Requirements: Strong familiarity with civil engineering design criteria, codes and standards
