About the role
- Oversee the DEWALT Drop Ship Program, ensuring products are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Manage order and purchase order flow within Infor ERP and SAP ERP systems, maintaining operational integrity.
- Maintain up-to-date product information, availability, and pricing in the Dealer Community platform.
- Partner with the Salsify team to ensure product images and data are correctly integrated into the Dealer Community.
- Collaborate with the Channel Marketing Team to implement and execute effective sales programs.
- Develop and refine processes to optimize the execution of sales programs and promotions.
- Work closely with Sales Coordinators to ensure precise order entry and processing.
- Coordinate with Data Analysts to define and fulfill reporting requirements.
- Engage with multiple teams across the organization to facilitate program execution and quickly resolve any issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while effectively engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SalesForce and Salsify.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and operate within both Infor and SAP ERP systems.
