About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist attorneys and legal professionals with the company’s global litigation docket, disputes, and other matters
  • Conduct legal research and gather information supporting litigation strategies
  • Prepare, review, organize, and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, motions, and trial documents
  • Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, depositions, hearings, appointments, and other legal proceedings
  • Communicate with internal departments and external parties to facilitate legal processes
  • Monitor and track regulatory changes relevant to company operations
  • Provide general administrative support to the Global Litigation Group
  • Perform other duties and special projects assigned by Legal Team leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate from an accredited program, or in process of obtaining same
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Deep knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation processes
  • Extensive experience with legal research, case management, and e-discovery tools and software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and in a timely manner
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Desire to learn new things
