About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the functional/technical lead for the Procurement technology product area
Partner with Procurement Business Process Owners to define vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes
Own and maintain the product backlog, including prioritization and refinement
Lead discovery and solution shaping for S2C and P2P initiatives
Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve user experience, compliance, cycle times, and touchless processing
Lead implementations, rollouts, and major enhancements across global and regional environments
Coordinate requirements, design, testing, cutover, and adoption
Lead cross-functional workshops across Procurement, Finance/AP, and connected systems
Manage functional risks, dependencies, scope trade-offs, delivery quality, and readiness
Own business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, control requirements, and acceptance criteria
Design and standardize S2C and P2P processes
Ensure auditability and key controls, including approval traceability, delegation, tolerance rules, segregation of duties, and retention
Provide functional oversight for Ariba or similar module configuration, workflows, catalogs, and supplier enablement
Define integrations between S2P platforms and SAP, Infor, QAD, and JD Edwards ERPs
Partner with integration, data, and BI teams on mappings, reconciliation, reporting, spend, compliance, and operational KPIs
Lead testing, UAT, defect triage, release readiness, go-live, and hypercare

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience
8+ years of functional/technical experience at the intersection of enterprise business system analysis and technology procurement pipelines
2+ years of hands-on low-code/no-code experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-ready applications and automated workflows
Hands-on experience with S2P platforms such as SAP Ariba, GEP, Coupa, Ivalua, or similar across S2C and/or P2P modules
Experience integrating S2P tools with SAP, Infor, QAD, and/or JD Edwards, including master data and transactional flows
Familiarity with agile delivery and Jira or Azure DevOps
Familiarity with ITSM and ServiceNow
Experience with global template design, regional rollouts, and change management/adoption
Strong SQL and data validation skills
Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
Strong experience translating business needs into epics, features, user stories, and functional specifications
Proven leadership in UAT, defect triage, go-live, and hypercare
Must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship; the role is not eligible for H1B, OPT/CPT, TN, or other visa sponsorship
