About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the execution, coordination, and communication of key end user activation initiatives, including trade shows, events, and new product introductions.
- Partner closely with sales, category management, product teams, and external partners.
- Manage timelines and maintain critical program information.
- Coordinate trade association show and event registrations.
- Create post-event recap presentations that include key metrics, learnings, budget summaries, and recommendations.
- Manage quote requests and orders from cross-functional teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or HS Diploma with related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, marketing operations, event management, sales support, project coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting events, product launches, or sales enablement activities preferred.
- Experience coordinating timelines, budgets, and deliverables preferred.
- Willingness to travel 10-15%
