About the role
- Execute the complete Stanley Black & Decker value strategy in partnership with key distribution partners
- Form strategic partnerships with the distributor’s sales professionals and field management to deliver jobsite solutions to End Users focused on power tools and hand tools
- Daily activities include sales calls to distribution partner locations
- Joint end user sales calls, merchandising at branches to support sell through, and drive new product awareness
- Implementing, communicating and executing strategies provided by the Senior Territory Managers will be the key to success
Requirements
- Post-secondary education graduate
- 2 – 5 years experience in sales with a record of demonstrated achievements and leadership
- Willingness to travel
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Creativity and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Products, other systems include Salesforce and SAP
- Passion for excellence
- B2B sales experience an asset
