About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead SBD’s involvement in major North American construction projects
- Build and maintain relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors
- Promote and implement SBD’s value-added products and services
- Oversee SBD’s contributions at all construction phases
- Develop and execute comprehensive engagement plans for each assigned project
- Identify new opportunities for SBD to add value
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and provide updates to leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering preferred)
- 10+ years of in sales, marketing or related field
- OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred
- Proven Construction project management experience preferred
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of an organization
- Skilled at building and aligning a team to the overall strategic plan
- Ability to collaborate with internal team members to resolve problems
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, SAP
