About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a territory of Home Depot and Lowes accounts
  • Responsible for managing your retail accounts and daily activities including retail account visits
  • Analyze metrics in SalesForce, Power BI, and ShowPad to map out customer routing schedules
  • Drive Top Line Sales to deliver quarterly and annual POS Goals
  • Partner with Store and District Managers to align strategies with retail goals
  • Analyze POS by store and promotional performance for individualized sales plans
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations team on inventory needs for promotions
  • Execute national event activations and develop local territory activations
  • Implement national overdrive strategies to promote product sell-through
  • Engage Store and District Key Decision Makers for key initiatives
  • Partner with retail service partners with monthly district meetings
  • Leverage sales enablement tools to identify sales gaps and create sales plans
  • Drive effective inventory management and order writing with retail partners
  • Establish and maintain relationships with professional end-users through training and product seeding

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of Retail Sales Experience in Consumer Goods Industry
  • Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (8-10 annually)
  • Capable of handling, training on, and demonstrating our products, including the ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to analyze Power BI and SalesForce data to develop strategic growth plans to improve financial performance
  • Possess an understanding and knowledge of IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must pass Drug test & MVR
