About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee job requisition lifecycle, ensuring roles are accurately scoped, approved, and opened.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to prioritize hiring needs and monitor progress against staffing plans.
- Maintain job descriptions and profiles in alignment with job architecture and leveling frameworks.
- Manage headcount reporting and workforce data across the Americas distribution network.
- Monitor vacancies, workforce changes, and organizational movements.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR systems, including job and organizational updates.
- Maintain HR KPI scorecards to track site performance.
- Compile and organize data for talent reviews and succession planning discussions.
- Coordinate performance management processes.
- Facilitate internal mobility, promotions, and organizational changes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and consistent application of company policies.
- Collaborate with site HR teams to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
- Provide HR business partner support to a small client group spread across the United States.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience supporting distribution, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain operations.
- Strong experience in requisition management, workforce data, and HR reporting.
- Experience supporting hourly populations and multi-site environments.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and reporting tools.
