Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and drive the strategic direction for continuous improvement across manufacturing sites in the Americas
Oversee, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of CI professionals to deliver impactful operational improvements
Work hand-in-hand with regional manufacturing leaders to implement standardized best practices and achieve measurable results across the region
Partner with senior manufacturing and operations leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute major improvement workstreams
Establish and monitor operational and financial KPIs, ensuring accountability and transparency in the execution of CI initiatives
Lead the codification and deployment of new CI approaches and methodologies
Build organizational CI capability by coaching leaders, managers, and teams in advanced problem-solving
Promote an environment of innovation and operational excellence throughout the Americas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated expertise in Toyota Production System (TPS), Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or related CI methodologies (certification preferred)
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience developing and managing high-performing teams
Ability to travel up to 75% (domestic and international)
Ability to communicate in Spanish will be big plus
