About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and region goals & objectives
  • Assemble full-year plans to minimally grow the business double digit over prior year
  • Manage key account relationships including ownership, management, marketing, and sales
  • Work cross-functionally with distribution sales teams, product marketing, finance, etc.
  • Cultivate customer relationships in an assigned region to drive incremental growth
  • Activate national channel and brand marketing strategies in the field
  • Provide competitive intelligence on competitive activity in the market
  • Manage SG&A budgets along with promotional budgets, event executions, planning and forecasting
  • Ensure proper and effective use of CRM (Salesforce)
  • Analyze performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach the Sales Support team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Business Management preferred)
  • 10+ years of direct sales or distribution sales experience
  • Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors
  • 5 years of direct managerial experience
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of an organization
  • Financial Acumen: thorough knowledge of building and executing a budget
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite and use of a smartphone
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time regionally
