About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand the brand vision and support the development of long-term brand equity strategies.
- Build strategic and tactical plans that support this vision through a multi-year roadmap, elevating brand positioning in the hearts and minds of end users while supporting delivery of target brand KPIs, including share growth and perception change.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to plan, develop, and deliver dynamic, world-class content.
- Manage the development of launch materials including, but not limited to, claims and marketing copy, packaging design, eCommerce content, photography, video, PR, and social media/influencer activation.
- Work with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to identify and deliver improved end-user experiences across all touchpoints, both online and offline.
- Partner with the Insights team to understand how user segments experience the brand and translate those insights into benefit-driven campaigns across core and new product categories.
- Cultivate relationships with product, commercial, and senior leadership partners to drive alignment and collaboration on marketing strategies.
- Partner with regional Brand Marketing and Activation teams on objectives, KPI alignment, and performance tracking, while making recommendations to improve execution and ensure best-in-class global representation of the CRAFTSMAN brand across every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with the Associate Brand Manager to deliver high-volume new product launch initiatives with exceptional attention to detail and on-time execution.
- Execute deliverables by proactively driving collaboration and communication across project stakeholders.
- Lead the development and execution of new product launch plans.
- Own full campaign execution from development through launch.
- Identify and elevate gaps, needs, interdependencies, wins, and challenges impacting brand success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of brand marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in brand campaign development and execution
- Experience launching brand marketing campaigns, developing content and messaging strategies, leveraging insights to drive decisions, and optimizing and reporting on performance
- Experience working cross-functionally within mid-to-large organizations
- Strong business acumen, including financial and budget management skills
- Accountability and ownership mindset
- Ability to respond with speed and agility
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
