Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategic improvement of distribution center operations
Partner with the logistics team, planning team, and DC operations
Elevate the deployment function from a tactical execution unit into a strategic, data-driven decision-making hub
Synchronize site-level capabilities with total inbound volumes to maximize daily warehouse receiving efficiency
Monitor inbound supply sources to identify, predict, and mitigate potential facility bottlenecks
Establish realistic throughput thresholds by auditing localized constraints and aligning them with corporate push schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need

Usually 7–10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or IBP/SIOP with experience in managing complex, large-scale distribution operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and influence technical direction.
Strong knowledge of IBP process and warehouse operations.
APICS certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
