About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary liaison between Pricing leadership and the analytics team, communicating project updates and insights
  • Develop and manage a strategic analytics roadmap, prioritizing initiatives by business impact, effort, and urgency
  • Demonstrate proactive leadership by anticipating business needs and identifying opportunities for innovation
  • Take full ownership of high-impact projects, driving them from conception through execution with minimal oversight
  • Champion analytics tool adoption through training and advocacy, enabling data-driven pricing decisions
  • Provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide pricing analytics, aligning initiatives with organizational and market needs
  • Manage and develop the Program Management and Data Visualization teams to deliver impactful analytics solutions
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and enhancement of advanced pricing analytics, including automation and reporting
  • Integrate data science, AI, and machine learning into pricing strategies to drive innovation
  • Lead cross-functional teams on complex projects, managing resources and stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate with IT and business leaders on long-term strategies to advance pricing analytics capabilities
  • Ensure pricing data, models, and reporting systems maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and security
  • Foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement within the team, navigating and leading through change in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
  • 8+ years’ experience in data/pricing analytics, revenue management, or commercial analytics, with leadership in cross-functional programs
  • Expertise in pricing, sales, marketing, and commercial metrics (e.g., price elasticity, margin analysis)
  • Strong knowledge of BI/data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, SAP BI) and data platforms (Alteryx, SQL)
  • Proven ability to provide strategic direction and guide teams in analytics tool usage
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern analytics infrastructure
  • Demonstrated success mentoring analytics teams in matrixed or distributed environments
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with tools like Jira
  • Familiarity with data science, machine learning, and AI for pricing optimization.
