About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the Chief Impact and Inclusion Officer to implement the company’s inclusion and culture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term vision.
- Stay informed on relevant trends and best practices to inform program and policy development.
- Design and execute scalable programs and policies that advance inclusion across the organization.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing curriculum to elevate HR business partner and generalist knowledge and skills, enabling them to operationalize inclusion in their roles to drive business performance.
- Assess organizational learning and change opportunities; deliver initiatives that build people leader capabilities to foster inclusive teams, support innovation and drive results.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to HR and business leaders on inclusion, culture and related topics.
- Track and report on key metrics to measure program effectiveness and progress toward inclusion and culture goals; communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Cultivate partnerships with internal stakeholders to amplify the company’s inclusion and culture efforts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in inclusion, culture, change management, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-wide strategies and programs.
- Experience building and delivering learning and development initiatives for HR and people leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in program measurement and reporting.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated agility and adaptability in dynamic, matrixed environments.
