About the role
- Serve as the primary finance support to the POD Finance Director for Mexico Manufacturing (5 factories, $1.7B annual production value).
- Support core financial routines: actual, forecast and budget processes across LAG manufacturing sites.
- Analyze and interpret plant performance, evaluate variances and assess effects on region results.
- Drive cost and cash performance across the region in line with global manufacturing standards.
- Work cross functionally with regional supply chain teams to drive financial performance.
- Assess capital needs and drive capital prioritization across region with manufacturing partners.
- Provide scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis in business case format to aid decisions.
- Lead and/or participate in performance reviews with operations leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
- CPA or MBA a plus
- 5+ Years Finance experience supporting operations
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
- SAP and HFM experience a plus
