Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide the strategic vision and direction of marketing initiatives
  • Develop and execute go to market strategies that support the growth goals of DEWALT
  • Ensure strategies are grounded in user value creation and market needs
  • Prioritize cross-product and cross-functional marketing initiatives for maximum impact
  • Consult with product and business leaders on key marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders for marketing effectiveness
  • Prepare and deliver strategic marketing plans and regular updates to SBD leadership
  • Manage go-to-market team responsible for content, campaigns and events
  • Lead quarterly planning sessions to align team objectives with annual goals

  • Oversee planning and execution of trade shows and events
  • Plan and maintain budget and track spending against that budget
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that advance marketing and business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working with technology solutions supporting the construction industry required
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in software product management and customer-facing commercialization highly preferred
