About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute distributor show events
- Manage sales growth plans & execute new product launches
- Flawlessly execute category sales plans for all assigned brands and product categories
- Achieve weekly, quarterly & yearly sales goals
- Develop strong relationships with key account personnel
- Work effectively with your manager on a weekly/monthly basis
- Complete all communication requirements with accounts timely and effectively
- Work with wholesaler accounts to find new and creative ways to win the wall and increase sales
- Become the liaison between retail stores, wholesaler accounts & our channel marketing team
- Ensure standards are met to maintain strong brand presence
- Work with buyers to promote and expand brand exposure
- Become a product knowledge expert
Requirements
What you’ll need- College or University degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or relevant area of study
- 2-3 Years retail and/or wholesale sales experience
- Experience with retail events, product demonstration, new product launches
- Ability to develop, forecast and launch aggressive promotional strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as in a group to achieve team goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Clean Drivers Abstract required
- Ability to travel 30-35%
- Ecommerce experience required
