About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute distributor show events
  • Manage sales growth plans & execute new product launches
  • Flawlessly execute category sales plans for all assigned brands and product categories
  • Achieve weekly, quarterly & yearly sales goals
  • Develop strong relationships with key account personnel
  • Work effectively with your manager on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Complete all communication requirements with accounts timely and effectively
  • Work with wholesaler accounts to find new and creative ways to win the wall and increase sales
  • Become the liaison between retail stores, wholesaler accounts & our channel marketing team
  • Ensure standards are met to maintain strong brand presence
  • Work with buyers to promote and expand brand exposure
  • Become a product knowledge expert

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College or University degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or relevant area of study
  • 2-3 Years retail and/or wholesale sales experience
  • Experience with retail events, product demonstration, new product launches
  • Ability to develop, forecast and launch aggressive promotional strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as in a group to achieve team goals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Clean Drivers Abstract required
  • Ability to travel 30-35%
  • Ecommerce experience required
