About the role
- Responsible for all aspects of the Product Development Milestone Phase/Gate Process from New Product Introduction to Project Completion, including timeliness, cost, quality, performance, and risk
- Manage and coordinate all projects in alignment with portfolio
- Provide coaching and development to others on process and project management skills
- Establish, coordinate, maintain timely information, and direct project programs to meet timelines and defined project goals
- Monitor and manage scope changes
- Assess program risks (timeline, feasibility, cost) and implement mitigation and planning practices
- Capacity management and prioritization of resources to meet time, cost, and requirements
- Develop and execute communications programs promoting team involvement and decision making
- Maintain effective working relationships/communications with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Sales, and Marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Engineering, The Physical Sciences, Business, Finance, or Marketing
- 5+ years of Project and/or Program Management Experience or a combination of Project Engineering Experience
- Knowledge of various manufacturing techniques
- Cross-cultural awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to coach and develop others on process and project management skills
- Hybrid work arrangement (on-site 3 days per week in Valley City, OH)
