Responsible for all aspects of the Product Development Milestone Phase/Gate Process from New Product Introduction to Project Completion, including timeliness, cost, quality, performance, and risk
Manage and coordinate all projects in alignment with portfolio
Provide coaching and development to others on process and project management skills
Establish, coordinate, maintain timely information, and direct project programs to meet timelines and defined project goals
Monitor and manage scope changes
Assess program risks (timeline, feasibility, cost) and implement mitigation and planning practices
Capacity management and prioritization of resources to meet time, cost, and requirements
Develop and execute communications programs promoting team involvement and decision making
Maintain effective working relationships/communications with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Sales, and Marketing
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Engineering, The Physical Sciences, Business, Finance, or Marketing
5+ years of Project and/or Program Management Experience or a combination of Project Engineering Experience
Knowledge of various manufacturing techniques
Cross-cultural awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to coach and develop others on process and project management skills
Hybrid work arrangement (on-site 3 days per week in Valley City, OH)
