About the role

  • Work closely with the HR Director to develop and review country people strategy and functional people excellence structure and ensure implementation
  • Provide high-value HR expertise to business & function leaders to meet strategic business needs
  • Partner in implementation of core HR processes and programs and drive local initiatives
  • Act as primary contact on HR matters and organizational development strategies and tactics
  • Identify opportunities to improve team or individual effectiveness and relationships through interventions and partnerships
  • Provide coaching, counseling and consulting to managers on a broad range of HR matters
  • Plan, manage, and lead organizational change processes to improve effectiveness
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract high-potential and diverse talent and lead hiring process
  • Lead employee life cycle processes from onboarding to offboarding with focus on attrition, retention and internal mobility
  • Manage statutory and other compliances and employee relations while leading people management processes
  • Lead employee engagement agenda and develop company and local engagement programs
  • Facilitate employee surveys, lead focus groups, develop action plans and measure progress
  • Support performance management administration and provide guidance to employees and managers
  • Support development and implementation of supervisory and management training programs
  • Deploy talent and succession planning processes for the functions

Requirements

  • Overall HR experience of 10-15 years
  • At least 3-4 years as HR Generalist/Business Partner
  • Excellent leadership, team building, collaboration, facilitation, relationship building and consultation skills
  • Proven ability to drive people agenda with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership, mentoring, training and project management experience and skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be hands-on with strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent organizational and people skills
  • Project management skills
  • Strong customer focus and orientation
  • Ability to challenge status quo and develop sustainable creative solutions
  • Ability to handle employee relations in a deft and skillful manner
  • Experience in multinational environment is desired
  • Experience managing people agenda for commercial teams preferred
