About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepares all software and hardware to be used for customer site installation, including, but not limited to: Ensure all configurations of machines are correct Ensure all data has been imported and cleaned
Acts as the client’s technical advocate within the company; promotes thoughts and ideas that contribute toward a more efficient and productive implementation of CribMaster products
Understands various deployment options of CribMaster products and ensures these are utilized to fulfill client workflows and needs
Completes detailed checklists and follows detailed procedures
Prepares training curriculum to match client needs and provides product training for clients
Develops custom documentation to match clients’ processes
Develops solutions and educates clients in various stages of product implementation
Assists with preparing formal project plans for clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years related work experience
Strong Knowledge of Windows OS, Networking Basics and ability to teach IT and Software techniques and features
Familiarity with manufacturing and inventory management is a PLUS.
Fundamental understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server
Familiarity with Database Reporting software such as Crystal Reports.
Experience and knowledge of UHF Gen2 Passive RFID Technology is a PLUS
Solid understanding and use of Microsoft Excel to analyze and manipulate data.
