Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and produce videos thumb-stopping content: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and writing post copy
Stay on top of culture, industry and competitor content to resonate with the end user
Maintain the brand’s visual and voice identity across all content
Collaborate with team to support planned content briefs as well as real-time proactive opportunities
Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Product teams to strategically develop social-first content
Partner with teams on influencer briefs, feedback and social first event concepts

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years creating social content for a brand (portfolio required)
Previous experience capturing and creating content using an iPhone and/or digital camera
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premier Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Deep understanding of Social first formats, hooks, and platform algorithms
Excellent time management – you can move quickly without sacrificing quality
Proven writing skills (captions, scripts, concepts)
Comfortable digging into analytics to see what’s working
Proficient in one or many Adobe Creative Suite programs for graphic design
Familiarity with paid and organic social creative best practices
