About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help manage customer relationship and expectations regarding orders and shipment timing
Daily order/inventory management for small – medium sized retail partners
Partnering with SBD Factories and DCs to manage shipping and logistics
Monitoring production schedules and communicating effectively with stakeholders
Internal sales reporting and supply pacing to customer expectations
Maintenance of all order management systems
Regular communication with internal cross-functional teams
Daily reporting and analytics on performance
Internal meetings related to sales order management

Requirements

What you’ll need

College degree preferred but not required
Sales and/or customer service experience is a plus
SAP/INFOR experience
Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Excel (formula include but not limited to: xlookup, sumifs, ifs)
Able to work both autonomously and cross-functionally
