About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development of financial and operational goals to deliver business targets, including margin improvement, cash generation, and operating margin across the strategic horizon.
Support development and implementation of a new value creation framework.
Support the design and development of a three phase approach to drive business led value creation model.
Work with VP to align value creation initiatives with broader corporate goals and strategic priorities.
Assess and prioritize new improvement opportunities across the full P&L.
Identify risks and opportunities and assess feasibility accordingly.
Lead and execute business cross functional initiatives including tariff mitigation from concept design to delivery.
Develop and drive a standard global project methodology.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related business discipline.
15 years of related experience is required with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience across a number of supply chain, business and/or enterprise leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience in supply chain/business strategy and/or change project/program leadership roles in a multinational company and/or in an commercial/operations practice group in a strategic consulting company.
International experience and a drive to work with diverse teams and cultures.
