About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Become the product expert for Hole Saws & Portable Bandsaw Blade product lines
  • Maintain a strong awareness of trends in the industry and related industries
  • Work with End-Users & Consumer Insights Teams to capture, assess and translate the Voice of the Consumer into actionable programs
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle process
  • Support Operations in solving problems, identifying future growth requirements & productivity targets
  • Responsible for development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan for pricing and gross margins
  • Assist in leading cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field required
  • 3+ years’ experience of product management experience
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and lead teams – must be able to present data and conclusions in an organized manner
  • Experience working in a Manufacturing environment or closely with a Manufacturing Plant is a nice to have
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically
