About the role
- Oversee invoice management, reviewing and submitting scopes, and tracking budgets and changes
- Analyze media insights and analytics to recommend actionable next steps
- Evaluate and coordinate media opportunities outside traditional campaign planning
- Manage agency relationships, including setting deliverable priorities, coordinating meetings, and facilitating cross-functional communication
- Collaborate with regional brand teams to complete campaign briefs for media agencies
- Assess and advise on full-funnel campaign execution recommendations
- Ensure media specs are clear and organized for studio briefing
- Traffic assets to agencies using specific third-party tools
- Participate in strategic conversations with studio teams to integrate media channels and tactics
- Conduct QA on pixels and tags, ensuring proper implementation and tracking
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in media management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret media data
- Experience managing agency and vendor relationships
- Proficiency in digital asset management and trafficking tools
- Working knowledge of pixel implementation and tag QA
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
