About the role
- Help define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Talent Management and Learning solutions within Workday
- Lead the optimization and governance of Workday Learning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and conduct business analysis for enhancements
- Manage the full product lifecycle for Talent Management and Learning solutions
- Work closely with HR Shared Services, Enablement, IT, and business leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Oversee the creation, organization, and governance of learning materials within Workday Learning
- Develop and maintain talent analytics dashboards and reports
- Champion change management strategies to drive adoption and engagement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, HR technology, or related HRIS/HCM roles, with a focus on Talent Management and Learning
- Demonstrated expertise in Workday Learning, with hands-on experience in supporting, configuring, and optimizing Workday modules
- Deep understanding of employee development, succession planning, and learning management systems
- Experience in talent analytics, including creating dashboards and generating actionable insights
- Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders such as HR Shared Services, Enablement, and business partners.
