About the role
- Engage with customers to understand their application requirements and challenges related to Welding, joining and fastening
- Provide technical consultation on the selection of appropriate joining and fastening equipment based on application specifications
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of joining and fastening equipment
- Analyze customer applications and recommend suitable equipment and solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical proposals
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers
- Work closely with Customers to coordinate the implementation of solutions
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of Welding, joining and fastening equipment in Automotive Industry
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, riveting technologies, and related applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Product management experience is a plus
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
