About the role

  • The Brand Manager is responsible for the planning, development and execution of comprehensive brand marketing strategy including, but not limited to supporting product launch planning, product messaging, packaging, and general marketing project management.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a vision for the future of the brand and establish a roadmap to elevate brand positioning in the hearts and minds of end users.
  • Support brand marketing campaigns, including but not limited to content and full campaign toolkit creation, optimizations, and reporting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver improved end user experience across all touchpoints (online and offline).
  • Maintain Mac Tools Brand Standards documents and circulate as needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and with Marketing Team members to plan, develop and deliver dynamic, world-class content.
  • Work closely with Sales, Channel Marketing, and Product Management teams to recommend and develop ways for the brand to partner and drive business growth.
  • Partner with Product Management team to gain insight into how our user segments experience the brand to create user-based benefit driven campaigns for core and new product categories.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of brand marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications a plus
  • Experience in Brand Campaign Development & Execution
  • Experience with launching brand marketing campaigns, developing content & messaging strategies, leveraging insights and A.I. to drive decisions, optimizing and reporting on performance.
