About the role
- Lead the execution of commercialization plans for new product launches and strategic initiatives in North America
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful market introductions
- Partner with Sales Operations, Channel, and Sales teams to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges
- Support the development and implementation of operating rhythms and best practices within the Commercialization team
- Build understanding of the new product development (NPD) process and communicate product value propositions to internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with Sales, Channel Marketing, Product, Brand, and Category teams to activate go-to-market strategies and support customer-facing initiatives
- Facilitate alignment and information flow across teams to ensure consistent execution and achievement of business objectives
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering growth in business, functional, and leadership capabilities
- Support the Sr. Director in building a high-performing, collaborative team culture
- Track and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to the Sr. Director and other stakeholders
- Flex across strategic projects as assigned, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management, communications, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in commercialization, brand strategy, or related fields, with demonstrated project management expertise
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience leading or mentoring teams in a cross-functional environment
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
