About the role

  • Manage the complete product lifecycle process from concept to delivery
  • Assist in market functions relating to assigned product lines and general departmental functions
  • Drive and develop new kit launches in collaboration with sales and promotion programs
  • Develop and implement materials and web content; benchmark competitors and perform pricing analysis
  • Execute a comprehensive strategic plan for pricing, gross margins, and forecasts
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and user understanding for successful launches
  • Supporting and preparing for customer meetings and presentations
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and act as the point of contact for various departments
  • Validate Product CTQs, Testing & Claims with End Users
  • Provide product training to stakeholders

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Product knowledge, PPT & OPE market understanding
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Power BI, SAP/BW, Metastorm, Windchill, Qlik
