- Build core professional skills and competencies in Engineering
- Multiple touchpoints & networking with dedicated Program Team, SLP Peers, C-Suite Executives, SLP Alumni, and GSC Leadership & Business Partners
- Support post-program placement into roles that continue to demand excellence and leadership skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of one internship experience in an Engineering related role
- Recent graduates or early career professionals with less than 2 years of professional experience (including internship/ co-op experiences)
- Demonstrated leadership values & behaviors
- Core professional skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, learning agility, and accountability
- Passion and curiosity for function and industry
- Software and program experience preferred: SAP, 3D CAD; CATIA, DeepHow, etc.
- English proficiency – native or bilingual fluency
