Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of one internship experience in an Engineering related role
  • Recent graduates or early career professionals with less than 2 years of professional experience (including internship/ co-op experiences)
  • Demonstrated leadership values & behaviors
  • Core professional skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, learning agility, and accountability
  • Passion and curiosity for function and industry
  • Software and program experience preferred: SAP, 3D CAD; CATIA, DeepHow, etc.
  • English proficiency – native or bilingual fluency
