About the role
- Provide financial leadership and decision support to Category Management and Product Management Teams
- Manage the total global STANLEY Brand P&L
- Support strategy execution including category analysis and new product development
- Define focus areas and portfolio families specific to Tools & Outdoor industry
- Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships across the organization
Requirements
- BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- 2+ years of finance or business-related experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Hyperion HFM and SAP or their equivalent
- Power BI and/or Alteryx experience a plus
