About the role
- Analyze and evaluate current logistics and distribution processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Build and run reporting to identify exceptions and failures in our Warehouse Management & ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to logistics operations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and governance related to the distribution center systems and data settings.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and distribution to ensure continuous improvement.
- Drive projects and strategy with a focus on improving our customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in supply chain or logistics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience with SAP and/or similar ERP systems
- Broad understanding of Sales Order Management, Distribution and Logistics
- Proven track record working cross-functionally in a team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project Management experience is a plus.
