About the role
- Partner with the Sales & Channel teams to drive commercial & promotional strategy
- Support key FP&A rhythm’s such as monthly close, quarterly forecasts, and annual operating plans
- Assist the Finance Manager with P&L management and effectively balance top line growth with margin expansion targets
- Measure and drive the teams’ customer profitability and assist in Margin Enhancement and transformation initiatives
Requirements
- 2-5 years’ work experience in corporate finance/accounting, FP&A, or commercial finance roles
- A results driven mindset with emphasis on delivering customer and business commitments
- Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and broad knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience operating in a large, cross functional and matrixed organization
- A proven history of improving processes and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
- A working knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems (experience with SAP, Hyperion a plus)
