About the role

  • Drive sales and commercial development of customers in your region and manage the commercial relationship (from account opening through collections)
  • Implement the sales policies established by Sales Management
  • Set up and monitor regional agreements, supporting the key accounts team
  • Ensure deployment of national agreements
  • Provide regular reporting to Sales Management
  • Prepare an annual Sales Action Plan.

Requirements

  • Degree in business and/or a technical field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, ideally in tools/hand tools or another technical sector
  • Strong team player
  • Autonomous, entrepreneurial, and well organized
  • Known for strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and persuade
  • Proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel.
